Sing for the Cure
March 7, 2010The Calgary Men's Chorus partnered with the Savridi Singers to present this benefit concert at the Jack Singer Concert Hall. We raised just over $45,000.00 for the Calgary Breast Health Program.
Glory: An Encore
December 21, 2009Cum Vino Cantus hosted the Calgary Men's Chorus at Knox Presbyterian Church to sing highlights from the sold out December 20 performance of Glory. The concert was followed by a reception with family, friends and fans.

December 20, 2009With guest choir Cum Vina Cantus, the Calgary Men's Chorus' annual Christmas concert was a celebration of African-American music. This concert SOLD OUT two weeks in advance.
Knox United Church and CBC Radio Calgary 2009 Carol Festival

November 28, 2009The Calgary Philharmonic Chorus invited the Calgary Men's Chorus to perform with them in the CPO's "Romanian Rhapsody" concert.
4th Annual Learning Affirming Conference

The Calgary Men's Chorus was honoured to be part of this conference. We performed twice: October 24 at Symon's Valley United Church and October 25 at Wild Rose United Church.

Calgary Sings!

The Calgary Men's Chorus was part of Calgary Sings!, a bi-annual celebration of choral music for adult choirs hosted and produced by the Adult Recreational Choir Society of Calgary (ARCS). Proceeds from this bi-annual event support the Music Therapy Program at Carewest. This year's event featured guest hosts, The Heebee-jeebees, and nine choirs: Up2Something, Calgary Men's Chorus, Sweet Adeline's Chinook Winds, Irish Cultural Society Choir, Petro-Canada Choir, Revv52, Savridi Singers, She's Up2Something, and Stampede City Chorus.

The Calgary Men's Chorus performed as a guest of the Calgary Renaissance Singers & Players, along with guests Airdrie Community Choir and EnChor Chamber Choir. This extraordinary event featured four choirs coming together along with an impressive ensemble of instrumentalists for the performance of two of Giovanni Gabrieli's poly-choral works, Omnes Gentes and Buccinate. These pieces, written for four choirs, organ and various instruments, are rarely performed and the Calgary Men's Chorus was very excited to be a part of this unique concert.
A Christmas Carol

The Calgary Men's Chorus collaborated with film director, actor and Professor Seth Michael Donsky (from New York City) to present an original choral concert inspired by Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" - a timeless story with an important message that still applies today.
CBC Radio's "Blitz Day"
